travelling to Egypt last summer and living the Egyptian fast and vivid life let me lose more than 12 kgs in a 40 days stay to reach to 83kgs without any diet but fasting Ramadan month !!!! but soon when I returned back to my routine calm slow life I gained more than 7 kgs in only 10 days!!!
for more than two months I'm fighting with my self to lose just 4 or 5 kgs...
191.8 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

If you want to lose weight for good, you need to change the way your eat every day. Get plenty of protein, fruits and veggies. Drink water. Watch the processed foods. Tracking your intake is really good to help you see how much you are eating. Portion control is important. Be active!
