Slow but steady! I’ve been very strict about my diet the last few weeks and I’m glad to see it paying off
509.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 354.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

JM— so glad to see you here. Do you have a physician, dietician, nutritionist on your team helping you with this transformation? Have you developed a plan of action and way of eating that is going to be able to sustain you ? If there is anything I can do to help as you go along I would try my best to do that. I have successfully mentored someone over 400 lb on this journey so I understand it is hard but I also know it can be done without total depravation. It takes planning and understanding a bit about how the body works. It also takes TIME but I’m sure you know that. Time passes no matter what you are doing so you might as well travel the road leading to better health. I look forward to watching your progress

Keep on keeping on. I was just over 500 at one point and many different diets later in now 445 currently doing intermittent fasting. Don't give up.

I'm a very proud of the way you are sticking to your goals it shows that you are working hard and doing what you are supposed to be doing for you health keep going and don't ever give up 😊
