Now I am on a slow muscle building bulk, goal is 170 lbs. High protein diet. No sodas, fried foods, fast foods, no red meat or pork. Only Fish, Chicken, Turkey, lots of vegetables and fruits. Lots of fat-free milk, greek yogurt,cottage cheese, nuts and seeds. Quinoa, brown rice, and organic foods when possible.
