Weighed in this morning & no significant change. Currently finishing week 3 from Shoulder Replacement and no major pain. Still using Ice 🧊 three times a day.
I am actually back at the Gym, but mostly on my own vs. attempting classes. I have Mastered the SA (single arm) Routine, but using minimum weight with the New Shoulder.
Time for 12-weeks to pass quickly 😎😜

I think it’s great that you are so inspired to try to be at your best all the time. Just make sure to not overdo things with your shoulder and allow your body the time and patience to heal. It’s okay to take a break sometimes. ❤️

Deborah, you are so right. The hardest part is the “patience” but giving it a chance 😎

Good morning, I’m happy to hear you’re feeling better after your surgery. What about physical therapy, did you already have physical therapy before you hit the gym again? Take care and best of luck to you

Ocean_girl, I was at my first meeting with a PT on Thursday & saw the post-operative RN the week before. Both were encouraging in what they saw, so all of us were happy. Starting week 4 & watching each step.

I know it’s hard for you to hold yourself back and be patient, even though we all know it’s necessary and ultimately the quickest path. Glad to hear you are healing well!
