After several weeks of busting my ass with 0 loss to show for it! Keep working everyone! Enjoy the feeling of bettering yourself, eating healthy, and feeling better even when it doesn’t seem like it’s working.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
