Man I have to get back on track. I have the mental but pizza, wings, taco bell and wine. It is not going to happen that way. Went to the gym Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. I worked out with Britney Thursday.

Walked almost every day.

170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
