I have been exercising almost everyday. I haven't lost much weight, but I feel so much better.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Since you don't have much to lose, you may notice your clothes getting much looser before you see the scale move much. Exercise will really help you go down in sizes. Just keep going and it will all work out. Great job!
