Trying to get back on the band wagon. I went to the gym twice this week for weights. I am going to try and make it three times next week. I need to get in more cardio this week though. I am still trying to get used to eating every 3 hours. It definitely takes some planning with my schedule. I'm just going to try and make next week better than the last.
