Probably mostly water weight coming off, but its still nice to see some difference immediately. Light jogging every other morning followed with 6-8 hours of being on my feet every day as well as keeping track of my intake closely is helping.
222.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
