Went of the rails yesterday and indulged in a donut and 2 cookies over the day. Sodium really affects my weigh ins too. I know better but till managing to stay within the 120 to 125 pound range which is what I always told myself would be acceptable for me.
121.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
