Finally, I did workout five days in this week. The last time I did was...I don't know, late summer last year or so. Also, the last time I did today's DVD, Hard Core Fusion, was quite a while ago, last fall maybe. I felt my shoulders, arms, and back muscles were so weak! No wonder I got bad shoulder muscle tension! I really have to work on it for my health. If my weight goes down, it's great too.

While I was doing workout yesterday and today, I remember how good I feel to do exercise. It is "workout", so there is certain "tiredness" and pains after workout, but it is so easy to forget that it also makes you feel good. The DVDs I used last two days are a little more challenging than other three, so I felt good "pains" after I did them. Once I remember this, it may be easier to stick to it this time, as long as I can make time between my study and other schedules.
117.5 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
