Did coffee enema this morning. Doing 18 hour fast today. Yesterday was a feast day for building hormones. Yesterday walked for 1.5 mile before dinner. Today will be high protein and veg. With some carb. And tomorrow I’ll eat carbs again with moderation. Cannot believe I am 150 lbs. and already lost weight in the last 3-4 weeks when I started the fasting and carb cycling No wonder my clothes did not fit I had gained 25 lbs and I had not noticed. Previously this year I was in mid to low 130’s
