OK SO TIME TO MAKE SOME CHANGES!
Weighing in 7 pounds heavier, I am NOT pleased with myself and getting farther away from my goal weight.... so when you're not happy that means its time to start making changes!
Last night I went out and purchased a juicer/blender & a considerable amount of fresh fruits & veggies. Also purchased Garcinia Cambogia to add to my diet. Today I am starting a 3 day juice cleanse and working on drink #1 right now... its not the tastiest but the results are what I have to keep my focus on!
Here we go.... time to get back on my game and get fit!!!!
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
