Big drop this morning, back below the pre-weekend-debauchery level!

I don't know why the big drops seem to happen on the days after I go food shopping...that seems backwards. Especially since I'm usually eating some of that food that I pick up. This time around it was Smart Balance natural chunky peanut butter. Man, that stuff is tasty. Wish I had found it sooner!
158.4 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
