looks like I'm dropping the first 10 pretty quickly. Makes sense since they were a recent re-addition instead of something I'd been carrying over a year.

Surprised that the exercise diary is saying I'm burning as much as I am being sedentary, but I'm not going to complain. just won't believe it.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
