Went out to eat last night with friends. I thought my choice of battered sole at Macaroni Grill would be low cal. With the delicious orzo dish that accompanied it, I find it was more than 900 calories. And then there was the bread! Ah well. The half pound I gained may well just be water weight from the increased salt.
I won't be doing my vigorous exercise for the next several days, but eating will be controlled and we will be hiking. May I continue losing weight!
