Last night was a blow! I was in the calorie zone then I just let loose and blew it. I should have gone to bed. I guess when the other person accessing my food diary made changes they took me out of the sleep challenge. That was all the excuse I needed. I woke up with a sore throat yesterday and that is also not helping my mood. I have given up on getting my heart test results back in any kind of timely manner and settled on the idea that maybe it was not that serious after all so it was just tossed in a pile with other applicants. Hoping no news is GOOD news...
147.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
