I am a 22 year old male and a diabetic... I have been finding it very hard to control my B.G (Blood Glucose) and have been looking at things i can do to give myself better control of my B.G. If you read any forms i write in or read my 'report in's' then you will see me talk about my B.G in that manner..

I have just finished a course in becoming a 'diabetic xpert' and it has opened my eyes to my own health at the same time being able to help others. The advice i give would be the same things i now do. so inbox me if you want to chat.

So I am going to be experimenting from this day on (15/Nov/13), with the knowledge i now have to help keep control of my B.G levels at the same time being able to loss weight. (get to the right bmi)

While doing this i will 'report in' to let everyone know how it is going and if anybody would like some tips or help then just let me know.

I also work in horticulture which can be a very active job. But also has its slow moments. So you will hopefully see that i will be using a lot of herbs in my foods, by doing this i am able to take out salt and still have a great testing meal.
