I have been controlling hard for not eating junk food. I force myself to eat subway or cook rice. When I feel hungry at night, I drink milo. Amazingly, I don't need to control my portion and work out like a freak. I just need to not eat JUNK FOOD and occasionally get myself out of the chair. I'm into hoola hooping lately. I will keep on going until I reach my goal.

Lessons learned: Junk food is sin.
116.4 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job! You're doing so well. I think junk food is okay every once in a while, but it's best to avoid it as much as you can. Good foods make us feel so much better anyway.
