Still kicking by butt for eating out this weekend. I went out for dinner with the inlaws and of all places a buffet. One evening of falling off the dieting wagon and over eating and I am still paying for it. I haven't lost any weight so far this week. I am finally back down to what I was last week, now to push the evelope a bit, I guess I will be running an extra mile tomorrow on the treadmill I have to lose something this week. . . ARGH!!
