You are getting down to those last pounds. It can be harder an take longer to get them off. You may need to really tighten up the diet and track every morsel honestly. You may need to play around with calories because the less you weigh, the less calories your bodies needs on a daily basis. Exercise is key. If you don't exercise and can, start. If you do, switch it up. Upping your intensity level kicks up the metabolism to burn more fat. It might be the boost you need. Make sure you are drinking your water and eating lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies (as opposed to processed foods). WHAT we eat can be as important as HOW MUCH. Good luck!
