Probably somewhat dehydrated from previous evening's intense full body wkout: 5K run, upper and lower body weights, abs/core. Feels wonderful. Slept in. Avoiding beer. 20 days.
197.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
