Been able to keep close to 2100 all tracked days so far (usually coming in under). Was able to not go through all the snacks while at the hotel room. Today may have some challenges: first day back @ work, I think we have case consults (possibly with a pharma lunch), but otherwise it's back-to-back sessions for about 10 hours. Need to start regular vitamins again. had some mid-night reflux last night.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
