i am so not on the SB diet right now... that's kinda unfortunate how i fell off of it..

breakfast cereal no milk: 150
patti and veg. 200

milk tea: 300
pork: 200

snack iron eggs 39, egg 55

dinner: chinese food: 400

total: 1344

i can't decide if i should just start over or give myself a break and continue like nothing happened... hahahahahahaha...

nah.. i think i'm gonna cheat tomorrow and then start over. yeah.
103.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.5 lb a week

hey there :) do whatever you gotta do and jump back on the wagon. My weekend was a bad one, which you read already...but i am trying my hardest to get things back on track. the weather here has been raining and cold, so i could really use some good ol' fashion comfort food, but i'm managing. just make sure the cheat you do is a good one, get it out of your system and you'll be back at it :)
