I found my gym has outside equipment so did stationary bike for 1/2 hour on Wednesday. I am glad because my right knee had begun to pain me again some. The bike at no resistance and gentle speed has kept bone off bone for a long time. Thank You God for this blessing!! Also the FS app says that at the rate I am losing, I should reach my next mini goal in two days which would be awesome.
