Back to normal. finally a little sunny here this morning, hope it holds. I need the light. we'll be in May grey/June gloom soon enough and I need my winter sunshine before that happens. Got to work a little early, so entering here first and then will jump into the chaos. starting to like treadmill better, it's less boring if I have to interact somewhat and there's competition with the leaderboard. could be totally faked and I'd still buy in. stupid human.

Ate spaghetti squash last two days, going to pull kale and cabbage back in today. almost back to my regular eating. yay! gave up on the turkey a couple days ago and froze about half of it.

Muscle mass holding, blob retreating slightly but can still use some work. I have to finish this office space this weekend. I pulled equipment out here, but I have some massive filing and shredding to do before the space is clear. at least it's right in my face and making me crazy so I'll get to it. No sense in having equipment if you can't use it. I do need seek some recos for a decent exercise mat for working out on a cement slab. I hear horrible things about foam tiles, so thinking about a mat, no clue which one.
