I am so close to achieving the goal. 9 more lbs. This is the worst part because I know now that I can lose slower and eat more.. so I find myself playing with the rules and trying to see what I can get away with instead of just pursuing the goal. So now today I am back on it... 152 .. here I come.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
