Pretty disappointed this morning. I was expecting the scale to read between 290-295 but I guess that didn't happen.
I have been watching my caloric intake, going to the gym 3-4 days a week. I feel like I have lost 10 pounds this month easily. My cloths are fitting better, I feel stronger from the weight lifting. All I can figure is that I have gained muscle weight? Oh well, just keep moving forward.
