I ate badly over the weekend and was up 5 pounds from Friday morning to Sunday morning. I have recommitted to doing much better this week and from here forward.
260.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
