Long walk last night, worked on office all day, crazy morning at work (1:00PM as I type this).

Logging numbers and food today, no time for narrative at the moment. I did make a pizza last night. Aidell's chicken sausage and veggies. Was yum, but Luigi's is way better because I don't have to make it. This was good though.

Frozen dragonfruit in my "ice cream" today. Gorgeous color, a bit of a letdown taste wise. Will try it with a different protein powder tomorrow. Maybe adjust the amount of powder. It would make a glorious granita or sherbet.

Hello Kat your pizza and ice cream sound delicious. I love sherbet, I’d love the recipe for if and when you make ice cream, granitas and or sherbert. Hope you have nice and relaxing night since your day was a little busy! 😉

I got the dragonfruit at Costco. It is the pink one and tastes different than white or yellow. Augusta, my recipes are super simple. Literally frozen fruit, yogurt or cottage cheese for moisture, protein powder for me, guar gum and stevia but not necessary and blend the hack out of it in a strong blender.
