Ok, I'm happy, but I hope that I'll do even better this week, since I think I may be a little bloated today...so hopefully I get the additive effect next week's weigh in. I feel great though! I think that the exercise is really making me feel better in my skin, even if the scale is only moving slowly.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
