Doing terrible. Birthday party last night. Everyone pushing cake and icecream at me. I need to have more will power. Cant go to any holiday parties until Christmas Eve. I have to to to that. It's at my house! At least there I will be in control of what is served and what I eat. I just want to loose 12 more pounds before my birthday!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
