40.2% bf 42.6% tbw

So either tuna isn't a protein I can eat on this diet OR I have gained lean muscle mass. My body fat was stable, but I gained .2 lbs. Also, showed an increase in total body water....always what I want. I did work out yesterday...circuit training with weights. The other possibility here is that cooke sent my loss into a stall.

Passed the crazy cravings, so will see how the next three days go. I might have to do an apple day. Will read up on that today.
176.2 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
