I'm starting afresh, two years later. South-beach-esque, but I can't cut fruit out completely. I'm trying my best though, and am eating no junk food and drinking only water, tea and coffee. I am ready to lose the weight for real. I joined a gym and have been going regularly.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
