Camping, hiked, didn't eat churches, no cookies, not counting calories, ate protien bars. Did ok despite of all the temptation. Goal try to get to 227 by Monday.
329.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 79.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.3 lb a week
