Had some big meals this week, but for the most part I was good.
Had some granola bars in my desk drawer at work that kept calling to me in the afternoons. I know I should have thrown out any snack foods lying around, but I just can't bring myself to waste and disgard like that.
Went to the gym every day last week, but did nothing on the weekend. Need to break that habit and get out and about. It's tough with kids though - I don't want to ignore them for an hour while I go on the exercise bike.
Started buying more fruit and nuts. Clothes still don't fit properly, but hoping that will change soon.
