Steadily dropping weight which is good. All this moving is really helping because I move, lift, stack those boxes, unload car...it's a real huge job all by myself but it gets the fat off! Work it, baby, work it!

I am not sure what my goal weight is, but I am wanting to get to 110 lbs. This 500 HCG diet is really working. I surprised my mom, (who is a negative type of person towards me), by telling her what size I currently wear. She was the one who told me that I should get rid of all my pretty clothes of size 8 and 10 because I'll never wear them again. I gave some of my clothes to my daughter because I listened to her negativity, now I wished I had saved them, but that is okay, my daughter will probably give them back if she gains any weight. She's a great kid! I am so tired of people telling me that I can't do something or shouldn't do something like remodel a bathroom with a vanity that is pricey but makes me smile when I see it. I mean what is wrong with that? I can always take it with me and replace it with the one that was there prior to it!
139.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
