I am sooo disappointed, I have starved and counted. Worked the last couple of days. I feel different, but I don't see anything showing up on the scale. UUUGGGGHHH...Gonna stick with it. I have lost weight before on Weight Watchers. But I wanted to try this counting of calories-"Winchester" diet. We will see how it goes. Hopefully it will get better.
