obviously it is really hard to maintain your diet when you go home to visit. That is just an excuse. I could have done better. Been slacking. Have to get on the diet again. Need to work out. Get motivated. Bathing suit weather is coming up. It's spring!

This weight scared me, I thought that maybe I was losing too fast. I should be celebrating but I got scared. If you lose weight too fast, it can't be good on your body. Then I realized that I am now using Turbo Jam. Makes me feel better

Down to 190. Whoohooo.. My "winchester" diet is working out pretty good I think. Some days I starve, but not as much as it use to be. Got a little herbal help, seems to work pretty good. Kinda worried bout today...gonna be another "free" day. Hope I don't just hate it, hope I don't just feel horrible. I am my own best critic...that is what J says, anyhow.

we decided to have a "free" day yesterday. Then I ended up being sick today. all that bad food I ate, made me just nauseous today. I hope I learn my lesson on free days. The mexican restaurant was awesome, but the baked doritos and beer last night I think is what did it. Being really good today. Starving but I feel better about it.
