4 egg beaters
4 tomatoe slices
black coffee
water

Lunch:
1 package pink salmon

Supper:
6 walnut halves
2 helpings sweet corn
2 handfuls multi-grain cereal
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Comments 
you are going to go into starvation mode and your body is going to store every calorie as fat when you eat again to be able to survive the next "starvation", your body does not know this is just a diet.
