Now we're rolling! Realized yesterday that there is not much exercise involved in working at a desk al day- computer work and answering the phone a million times a day not really conducive to burning fat or toning muscle. I now have a 10# dumbell next to my desk- probably not as effective as going to the gym but I can get in several sets of bicep & tricep curls during my work day and that HAS to be better than nothing. GO ME!
