This diet is really taking the weigh off fast. I started at 189 and today 178.5. It feels like I'm losing it at an unbelievable rate. I think I will gain back a little when I go off this diet. I am very motivated today to keep on the diet and get down to my goal. My next small goal is getting down to 175.

I have to eat some choc and caramel. I have a little over a half serving of Russel Stovers SF candy. Mmmmm.......it took the edge off.
178.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
