Yesterday was a rest day and unusual. I didn't feel well late last night and tossed some dinner and snacks. I ate well at 107% of goal, barely exceeded my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. 46kcal deficit // BF↓0.1% // BW↓0.8#
149.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
