Have not been working out..... But not eating all that much. Just discouraging. didn't feel like I was going to weigh THAT much. Just more upset on already crappy day.
126.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
