Well, holding at 210. I'm ok with it. As I prepare for the next 14 days of HELL (I'm a Florist) I just have to make sure to have my food prepared. As the work stress builds, it's so easy to slide back and eat TOTAL CRAP. But, I am just hoping to at least just maintain.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
