I am really wanting meat and carbs, losing weight though. I feel good in my jeans today, they were getting pretty tight. I am committed to losing down to my goal weight and keeping up the exercise. Go Jerre, Go Jerre!
I have followed the diet exactly. I think the weight loss is some water weight. Hope I don't gain when I go back on the low calorie diet. I feel very irritable today. Going to fight against that today.
As soon as I go off this diet and back on low cal. I am going to make the " Joan Tilma's SF Pumpkin Pie" Mmmmmmmm, sooooo, goooood! My reward for staying with the cabbage this week.
