I made this really nice 3 egg omelette with spinach, a jalepeno, sweet mini peppers, mushrooms, red onions. It was so delish!! =)
210.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
