My official weight this morning is 129.1kg.
I would have seen a slightly bigger drop but I had some KFC hotwings on Tuesday and that was over my planned consumption for that day. I also changed things a bit and had snack meal made with Oats, Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds and Coconut. I feel that I'm carrying some temporary waste weight so I'll refrain from that snack meal on Tuesdays in the future.
Still happy with a 0.4kg drop which means I'm just 1.5kg away from losing 10kg since starting my journey for this year.
