Strange weight fluctuations. up and down and just all around on the numbers. I'll be 132, then 128, then 124, then 130 again. I don't vary my activities all that much, and after a cheat meal seems when I get my biggest DROP. How does that make sense?
125.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Fluctuations are normal because our bodies are made up of 60% water. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Everything from hormones, stress, lack of sleep, food and drinks we take in all day, sodium and more all effect the scale . Eating more can rev up the metabolism and help us lose more.
