Yay! If I knew weight loss was this easy, I'd have tried to lose my last 15 lbs a long time ago! I'm thinking about changing my goal weight to 130 instead of 137, since I really think I can do it!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
